# Connect Productivity Tools

> Learn how to connect Opal with your existing productivity tools.

Opal integrates with productivity tools to help your end users access Opal with tools they already use:

1. Communication tools, such as [Slack](https://docs.opal.dev/integrations/slack.md) and [Microsoft Teams](https://docs.opal.dev/integrations/microsoft-teams.md), to streamline notifications and approvals
2. Ticketing providers, such as [Jira](https://docs.opal.dev/integrations/jira.md) and [Linear](https://docs.opal.dev/integrations/linear.md), to integrate [ticket lifecycle](https://docs.opal.dev/docs/ticket-propagation.md) with access requests
3. On-call providers, such as [PagerDuty](https://docs.opal.dev/integrations/pagerduty-oncall.md) and [Opsgenie](https://docs.opal.dev/integrations/opsgenie.md), to automate break-glass access

To set up a productivity integration:

1. In the Opal dashboard, go to **Configuration > Settings**.
2. Select **Productivity Integrations**.
3. Click **Connect** next to your desired integration.

See the provider-specific guides for more detail on prerequisites and required fields.
